You don’t need dance experience, technical knowledge or even to think of yourself as a dancer. Come as you are, move to great music, learn some choreography and enjoy being active in a positive, welcoming environment. It’s a great place to start if you simply want to get yourself moving, try something different, meet people and have fun. No dance experience needed. Just bring yourself and be ready to move.
