Service Description

Strength, Balance, Mobility Improve Technique Prevent Injuries Supporting Longterm Movement Health Train the instrument that makes your dancing possible. This isn’t a generic gym-based strength and conditioning class. It is specifically designed around the physical demands of the dancer’s body. Whether you’re just beginning to dance, developing your technique or have trained for years, strength and conditioning can help you build the physical foundations that support your movement. Expect focused work on areas such as strength, stability, mobility, control, balance and physical resilience — all with the needs of dancers in mind. You don’t have to be an experienced dancer to join. The class is designed to meet people at different stages, making it relevant whether you’re discovering dance through HHD, developing your practice or maintaining a body that has already spent years dancing. Who is it for? Dancers of all levels and backgrounds who want to become stronger, more physically capable and better prepared for the demands of dance. From someone taking their first dance classes to the experienced dancer wanting to maintain their physical practice — this class meets you where you are.
