Adult Beginners Contemporary Dance is exactly what it says: ABC — the starting place for your dance experience. Perhaps you’ve never danced before. Perhaps you danced as a child and haven’t stepped into a studio for years. Perhaps you’ve always wanted to dance but never quite had the courage to try. Or perhaps you’ve simply reached a point in life where you’ve thought: “I’m going to give this a go.” ABC gives you the space to do exactly that. Through contemporary dance, you’ll explore movement, musicality, creativity and expression while developing confidence and learning the foundations of dance. You don’t need to be a certain age, shape, fitness level or ability. You don’t need to know what you’re doing before you arrive. You just need to be willing to try. Who is it for? Adults starting their dance experience, returning to something they once loved, or simply ready to step outside their comfort zone and try something new. This is where your ABC can begin.
